Street Intervention
Community-based installation, Barisciano, Italy. A series of fingerprints gathered from the residents of Barisciano was later enlarged and transformed into an ephemeral street intervention. What began as an intimate gesture—each person leaving a trace of their presence—became a temporary public artwork, carried by the community and returned to the streets that shaped it. “Art transforms time, spaces, and the people who move through them. This morning, the concepts of artistic installation, urban intervention, and ephemeral art converged on the steps of San Flaviano. The rain will slowly wash everything away.” (Community member)
